Let West Virginia business owners speak for themselves.
We oppose moving spirits-based canned cocktails into beer-distributor channels and expanding their sale to convenience stores through those channels.

A delivery request is not a policy endorsement.
Wanting convenient delivery does not mean supporting changes to who distributes or sells spirits-based canned cocktails.

A clear statement.
A clear process.
Who can sign?
Owners and authorized representatives of West Virginia bars, liquor stores, restaurants, event venues and other licensed businesses. Sign for one physical business location per submission. Submit each separately if you represent more than one location.
Does this petition claim all WV owners agree?
No. It records the positions of participating businesses. It is not a representative survey of every business in West Virginia.
Is this tied to a specific bill?
This statement addresses the policy changes described in the petition. A future bill may differ. Your signature stays attached to the wording you signed; it will not be reassigned to a different statement.
Can I withdraw or correct my signature?
Use the private receipt link displayed after signing to withdraw. For corrections, a lost link, or deletion of personal details, use the contact form. The organizer may need to confirm your authority before changing a record.
What does “verified” mean here?
The Council reviews business existence and the signer's authority, checks for duplicate locations or licenses, and records its verification method. It is organizer review, not a government certification. Submitting an email address alone does not verify ownership.
